Kayan Development is a Hurghada-based real estate developer with a proven track record of delivering real projects in real locations. Our work is built on experience, strong partnerships, and a clear commitment to developing communities that last.
Owned by Mr. Sayed El-Daly Mohamed Sayed, Kayan Development is part of a wider development group that also includes Misr Development & Investment, the company behind Aqua Fun, one of the well-known residential projects located on Sheraton Street — one of Hurghada’s most active and desirable areas.
Kayan operates alongside Mr. Emad Mohamed Mohamed Ali, partner in Rawan Urban Development, a company with extensive experience in delivering distinctive residential projects across the city.

Future Vision
What’s Next
As part of our continued expansion, the group is preparing to launch Marvento, a large-scale residential project comprising approximately 1,050 residential units, scheduled for release within the coming period.
Another upcoming project is planned on Al-Waleed Bin Talal Street in Al-Ahyaa, spanning 6,500 sqm and offering around 480 residential units, further strengthening our presence in one of Hurghada’s fastest-growing districts.
